The tissue paper fringe garland was a new DIY decoration for me, and I loved the way they came out! So easy to make, too. Just grab a sheet of tissue, cut to size, stack together (three to four sheets thick) and using a roller blade and a cutting mat, cut at even intervals. Be sure to leave about a two inch edge at the top so that you can fold it over a thread or string and glue it down (glue sticks work great!). I made each panel about 6 inches wide; be careful not to cut them too wide or they won't hang right.
The little feather arrow cupcake toppers were a new DIY and so easy, too! Using tissue paper, cut a thick "V", fringe the edges, and glue one sheet to each side of a toothpick! Super inexpensive and just darling, don't you think?!
Happy party planning!!
