Hey, mamas! Today I'm sharing our Spring family photos, taken by none other than my friend Daisy over at Timeless Photography! My kids are pretty impossible to photograph. Like, won't look at the camera even if you promised them a pony. So we don't have many photos in our family albums of everyone smiling nicely and facing the same direction, which is okay because I actually prefer photos that capture an authentic, natural moment anyway! I dressed the girls in ivory lace dresses and crafted their flower crowns out of real fresh flowers for this photo shoot. It was an easier project than I thought it would be! All you need is some floral wire, green floral tape and an assortment of fresh flowers (the longer the stem, the better.) I chose baby's breath, miniature roses and these amazing little berry things that smell like nutmeg! (Clearly I'm not a flower expert--my apologies!) |
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you've found a bit of inspiration for your next family photos! And I'll be sending good vibes out to you all so that maybe someone will have more luck getting their kids to look at the camera than I usually have :).
